Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file insurance forms related to dental services. However, we remind you that your policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, not between your insurance company and our office. Unlike medical insurance dental insurance does not cover 100% of the charges incurred. We will be happy to determine the benefits allowable under your policy to the best of our knowledge. Whenever insurance requires a predetermination of benefits, we will submit to the insurance a treatment sequence with charges so that you will be completely aware of your coverage. We can make no guarantee of any estimated coverage.
